HORNE Board of Directors Admits New Partner

Timothy Smith, who works in HORNE’s Public and Middle Market group, was admitted as a partner, effective July 1.

Timothy specializes in serving state and local governments and shepherding them through grant implementation, management and compliance.

“Timothy’s experience in state government and his proven ability to connect clients with valuable solutions is remarkable,” said Neil Forbes, managing partner of HORNE. “I am excited to see how he will continue to add value to our government and middle market clients as he continues his career as a partner.”

“Timothy is a tremendous asset to our clients and firm,” Public and Middle Market Managing Partner, Rusty Butcher said.

Timothy joined HORNE in 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delta State University and his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University.

“I am grateful for this opportunity, and I’m looking forward to continuing the work we’re doing to serve our clients and community,” Timothy said.
