We believe that giving back to the communities where we live and work is not only a responsibility but a privilege. This spirit of service isn’t just about volunteering; it’s about investing in the places we call home. And for us, home is wherever our team and our communities are—working together to make a difference.
Seasons of Service

To celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2012, we gave every team member a day off to serve their community. The response from team members was overwhelming. From local food drives to after-school programs, our team members expressed how much they enjoyed helping others. Inspired by this success, we created Seasons of Service — a program that gives every team member eight paid hours each year to volunteer in their communities.
Whether it’s serving at a children’s home or packing food for those in need, we believe in giving back to the places where we live and work. Since 2012, our team members have partnered with and served thousands of organizations across the nation, Puerto Rico and the Philippines.
HORNE Community Foundation
Over the past 60 years, we have proudly supported numerous charitable organizations and communities in need through financial contributions, donations of goods and more. In 2021, the firm’s partners established the HORNE Community Foundation to provide financial support to the areas where HORNE team members live and serve.
We seek out opportunities to offer financial resources and are grateful for the chance to make charitable contributions to improve the lives and well-being of those around us.
Seasons of Giving
In 2023, the HORNE Community Foundation launched Seasons of Giving — a program where team members nominate organizations to receive funding each quarter from the HORNE Community Foundation.
Seasons of Giving allows the firm to give back to organizations and communities that have a personal impact on our team members. These local organizations form the backbone of our cities, and we are thankful for the opportunity to support them. Meet some of our recipients below:
HORNE Cares FoundationÂ
Along with serving our communities, we also support each other as fellow team members. Through our HORNE Cares Foundation, team members donate money to other team members in need. From recovering from natural disasters and crises, together, we walk hand-in-hand toward healing by donating to the HORNE Cares Foundation.
