Sam Hurst is a senior manager in government services at HORNE where he has over ten years of managerial experience in working directly with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), specifically with the Public Assistance (PA) and Individual Assistance (IA) Direct Housing Programs. He specializes in FEMA Debris Removal, Stafford Act compliance, Intergovernmental Service agreement, and disaster recovery program compliance.
Sam joined HORNE in 2006.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Business Administration with an emphasis in MIS and accounting.
