Meg Annison is the director of communications at HORNE, where she leads the firm’s strategic communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels. She is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and overseeing public relations, media relations, internal communications, and digital content creation.
Meg joined the firm in 2024 and has more than 10 years of communication experience. Her experience includes serving as the Communications Director for The Mississippi Lottery Corporation and for the Speaker of the House for the Mississippi House of Representatives.
In these roles, she helped navigate start-up environments, focusing on widespread communication efforts to build cohesiveness across platforms while maximizing effectiveness for the targeted audiences.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Mississippi.
