Leslie is a senior manager on HORNE’s Franchise team, where she excels in maintaining year-round client contact, understanding their business, and managing projects and budgets. Her key duties include leading the quality control reviews for all financial statements, ensuring HORNE standards are followed for all clients, supervising and training team members and effectively communicating project progress to clients. Leslie’s role also involves anticipating and resolving issues, developing client relationships, staying updated on industry standards and trends, and participating in firm initiatives.
Leslie joined HORNE in 2014 and brings over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. Her qualifications include a degree in accounting, GAAP proficiency, and supervisory experience.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and has completed accounting-related coursework at the University of Southern Mississippi. She also earned an associate degree in accounting from Jones Junior College.
