John Michaud serves as the director of operations for the Intelligence & Automation team at HORNE where he oversees and optimizes day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency, productivity and achievement of strategic goals. He also leads a team of project managers and business analysts to articulate business needs, identify solutions and deliver operational excellence for HORNE and its clients.
John joined the firm in 2021 after 26 years of service in the U.S. Army where he retired as a Colonel and served as a Field Artilleryman, Operations Research & Systems Analyst and Inspector General.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his Master of Science in Operations Research from the United States Naval Postgraduate School. Along with this, John is a certified Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Army Data Scientist.
