Mary Clay Morgan to serve as HORNE’s chief operating officer

Mary Clay Morgan has been named as HORNE’s Chief Operating Officer. As she takes on this new role, she will continue serving as the Firm’s General Counsel.

With more than 15 years in the legal industry, she offers guidance and advice to firm leadership and administration on an array of legal and compliance issues.

“Mary Clay serving as the Firm’s COO will bode well for our future, and I believe in her ability to oversee the intricate details and operations of each area of the firm,” said Neil Forbes. “This role will serve as the perfect complement to her role as General Counsel as she’ll have the foresight and expertise to manage and align focus area objectives with the overarching goals of our firm.”

Mary Clay earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Millsaps College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Arkansas.
