HORNE’s Board of Directors admits new partner and director

Nick Dubuisson and Emily Carpenter, who serve on HORNE’s Construction team, were recently appointed as partner and director, respectively.

Nick provides clients with a broad range of life cycles, from the start-up phase to bonding and creditworthiness to maturity and business exit planning. His focus on process improvement and evaluation provides the financial clarity needed to support his clients’ business goals.

Emily specializes in client advisory and accounting services. She focuses on general ledger reviews, sales tax and payroll consulting, reporting and payments, 1099s and preparation of financial statements.

Nick joined HORNE in 2013 and holds a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Millsaps College and Mississippi College, respectively. Emily joined the firm in 2016 with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi University for Women and a Master of Business Administration and Accounting from Mississippi College.
