Chris Sarandos to serve as HORNE’s Chief Information Officer

Chris Sarandos has been named HORNE’s Chief Information Officer.

With nearly 45 years in the technology industry, he defines and implements the firm’s IT strategies and capabilities with a key focus on digital innovation to support the rapid growth of business.

“Chris is no stranger to HORNE, having successfully led the technology efforts of our government services team,” said Neil Forbes. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role as CIO, and as we continue to grow, his leadership will play a critical role in guiding our technology initiatives.”

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Data Processing from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and his Master of Arts in Management from Webster University.

Mir Mazhar the outgoing CIO, has been named as the Director of Intelligence and Automation and will focus on serving HORNE clients throughout the country.
