Kelli Carver is a senior manager in government services at HORNE where she is currently part of the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) recovery accounting team in Biloxi, MS, working to provide accounting oversight for the MEMA Public Assistance program. She works as a liaison between the Federal Emergency Management Agency, MEMA and the sub-grantees to resolve any issues that may arise in the initial project review or final inspection process. Kelli works closely with project analysts and reviewers to provide feedback from the final inspection process to assist in streamlining the process. She also works with MEMA as an applicant to assist in preparing projects for funding and final inspection in accordance with the Stafford Act.
She joined the firm in 2006 with over five years of accounting experience. Her experience includes working in corporate tax for the gaming industry.
Kelli holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi and is a certified fraud examiner.
