Wes Winborne elected CICPAC Advisory Committee Chair

Wes Winborne, who serves as managing partner in HORNE’s Construction group, has been elected Chair of the advisory committee in the Construction Industry CPAs and Consultants (CICPAC) group for the 2023-2024 year.

CICPAC is a group of 77 accounting firms across the United States who demonstrate a unique ability to understand and serve companies in the construction industry.

Winborne joined HORNE in 2000 and has more than 20 years of experience providing audit, tax and management advisory services to contractors and is a past president of CICPAC.

“I’m looking forward to serving as Chair of the advisory committee this year. CICPAC is a great resource for those in the construction industry, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve in this capacity,” said Winborne.
