Melissa Poole is a partner at HORNE where she specializes in serving clients in the financial institutions industry. She has extensive experience performing and managing external audits for both SEC and privately-held institutions. She also performs Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and consulting. Additionally, she assists her clients through debt, equity and IPO offerings.
Melissa joined the firm in 2014.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from The University of Southern Mississippi. She also graduated from the Mississippi School of Banking.
