Megan Conner is the attorney for the government services focus area at HORNE where she is responsible for contract review and negotiation and advises the focus area on legal matters that may arise.
Megan joined HORNE in 2021 with over 15 years of legal experience. She previously focused on representing policyholders including individuals, commercial property owners, and agencies and municipalities in disaster recovery litigation. She also has experience in products liability and health insurance matters.
Megan has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Education from Mississippi State University. She received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law and is licensed to practice in Mississippi.
