Matthew van Drunen is a senior manager within HORNE’s government services group where he helps clients address their challenges with program implementation, compliance and operations. Matthew specializes in navigating the most effective ways of claiming certified public expenditures for federal reimbursement, school-based Medicaid and direct medical service cost reporting and settlements.
He joined the firm in 2023 with previous experience working with financial reporting, automated data quality assurance processes and Medicaid reimbursement policy analysis.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic and Gender Studies from Lake University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
