Kathy Storm is a human resources senior manager who manages processes related to HORNE’s employee life cycle. She and her team serve the firm and its team members by focusing primarily on the areas of onboarding, performance management, employee relations and job definition.
Kathy joined the firm in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience working in human resources for small to mid-companies across a variety of industries including telecommunications, heavy machinery, non-profits and IT consulting.
Kathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College.
