Karyn Desselle is a government services senior manager for HORNE where she serves as the environmental manager for disaster recovery programs. She works with state and local governments to ensure environmental compliance of disaster recovery programs designed to rebuild housing and infrastructure and help communities recover from the devastating economic impacts of natural disasters.
She is also responsible for providing technical guidance, expediting review processes, coordinating with regulatory agencies and confirming project-level compliance.
Karyn joined the firm in 2018 with more than 10 years of disaster recovery and project management experience with multiple state and federal agencies.
Karyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Southeastern Louisiana University.
