Joseph Raby is a financial institutions assurance senior manager at HORNE. He manages external audits for SEC and privately held institutions, and he performs Sarbanes-Oxley and FDICIA compliance testing and consulting. Additionally, he serves clients by working to grow their net interest margins while also monitoring their liquidity risks.
Joseph joined the firm in 2016.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce and his Master of Science in Accounting from Rhodes College. He is also an alum of the Tennessee School of Banking.
