Jim Wadlington is a senior manager in the client advisory services group within public and middle market, focusing primarily on providing outsourced CFO services and various accounting solutions to small to mid-sized healthcare institutions and other entities.
Jim joined the firm in 2023 with nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting industry. His experience includes preparing and reviewing cost reports for HORNE’s healthcare team. He also served as a chief financial officer for a small, family business where he managed accounting processes and contributed to the company’s overall business operations.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master’s in Accountancy from Millsaps College. He is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA).
