Jenna Abbey is a senior manager in the government services practice at HORNE. She specializes in providing and implementing solutions for clients and their most demanding challenges. She is skilled in process development, data analysis, streamlining operations, managing stakeholder collaboration, reporting and financial stewardship.
She joined the firm with over 10 years of project management experience. She is passionate about serving and helping state and local clients achieve disaster recovery objectives. She has a deep knowledge of the regulations governing disaster recovery programs including CDBG-DR, CDBG-CV, CDBG-MIT, the Coronavirus Relief Fund and the American Rescue Plan Act. Jenna is well versed in cross-cutting federal regulations including 2 CFR 200, with specialties in CDBG-DR housing and economic development programs, and the Uniform Relocation Act (URA).
Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado State University.
