Jack Rohlinger is a senior manager on HORNE’s government services team, where he serves as the deputy construction director for various hurricane recovery programs. He serves clients by guiding them in the construction, design, implementation, management and estimation for disaster recovery projects. He is passionate about providing safe and secure housing for families impacted by natural disasters.
Jack joined the firm in 2022 with nearly 30 years of experience serving in the residential construction and development industries.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Arizona, and he is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor.
