Diana Hardin is a director in government services for HORNE. She currently manages the Project Management Office at the Mississippi Development Authority where she works with the program managers to facilitate closeout of grant programs and ensure compliance with governmental regulations. She has more than five years of management experience with both HUD and FEMA disaster recovery programs and also has experience assisting clients with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. She was previously a member of HORNE’s Personnel Committee.
Diana joined HORNE in 2005 as a manager in the fraud, forensic and litigation consulting practice. Prior to that, she worked in assurance services where she performed financial statement audits of companies in various industries including insurance, oil and gas, governmental and nonprofit entities.
Diana graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned her Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. She is a Certified Internal Auditor.
