David Long is a senior manager on HORNE’s healthcare team, where he develops services inclusive of value-based care and accountable care transformation, especially for community and rural health partners. He works with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, guiding their clinical and operational transformation, and he advises them on new payer and vendor partnerships.
David joined the firm in 2024 with more than 10 years of experience covering a broad range of strategic and operational work with health systems. His expertise includes Value-Based Care organizational transformation, Medical Group redesign, executive leadership support, physician compensation redesign and Clinically Integrated Network and Accountable Care Organization design and development.
David earned his Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Stanford University, his Juris Doctorate from University of Mississippi School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
