Daniel Paul is a senior manager in government services at HORNE. He serves as the program director for the Hurricane Florence, Hurricane Matthew, and Hurricane Joaquin recovery programs under the South Carolina Office of resilience. He oversees program operations from outreach and intake through construction, warranty, and closeout. He collaborates with his client, team, and subcontractors to build teams, systems, and processes geared toward putting vulnerable citizens back in safe, sanitary, and secure housing as quickly as possible.
Daniel joined the firm in 2016.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in banking and finance at The University of Southern Mississippi.
