Clay joined HORNE in 2024 with more than 20 years of experience in the human resources industry. He has developed a strong track record of delivering HR transformation, talent management and other HR strategy solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Entergy and Accenture.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Millsaps College and his Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
