Chris is the Chief Information Officer at HORNE. He is responsible for defining and delivering the firm’s IT strategies and capabilities with a key focus on digital innovation to support rapid growth of business.
Chris joined the firm in 2023 with nearly 45 years of experience as a CIO within various government agencies. He is skilled at designing and delivering cost-effective, high-performance information technology infrastructures and applications to address complex business problems.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Data Processing from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and his Master of Arts in Management from Webster University.
