Beth Lowery is a learning and development senior manager within the franchise group at HORNE where she provides oversight of the learning and development strategy. Beth and her team design, develop and deliver learning, career development, leadership development and performance support programs that help team members better serve clients.
Beth joined HORNE in 2022 with more than 15 years of experience as a learning and development professional supporting adult learning and leadership development within the financial industry. Her experience includes oversight of organizational learning strategies, managing instructional design and implementation teams, leadership development, talent management and facilitation.
Beth earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama and is a certified Leadership Development Facilitator.
