Aubrey Leigh is a senior manager within HORNE’s Public and Middle Market group where she works with the compliance and monitoring team. In this role, she develops strategies and solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs by leveraging her knowledge of regulatory frameworks and history of working with state and federal partners.
Aubrey Leigh joined HORNE in 2023 with more than 15 years of experience in the public sector. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the deputy executive director for Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration managing agency offices with combined budgets of more than $2.3 million. She also served as chief procurement officer for the State of Mississippi where she was responsible for establishing state contracts, reviewing agency procurements, developing travel policies, monitoring the state fleet for compliance with policies and training purchasing agents statewide. Aubrey Leigh also served as counsel for the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration where she advised agency leadership in areas of procurement and contract administration, public works contracting, property leasing and acquisition, fleet management and human resources.
Aubrey Leigh earned her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Mississippi College and her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. She is a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB).
