Vince Hafeli

Joining us remotely, Dr. Vince Hafeli, president of Ajax Paving Industries of Florida, has had a distinguished career in the construction industry since 1985. He is an international speaker, author, and mental health and suicide advocate dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of mental health and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.

As a speaker, Vince is known for his thought-provoking and impactful keynote talks on mental health and suicide prevention, where he shares his mental health struggles, his doctoral research and what organizational transformation looks like at Ajax Paving.
