The Board of Directors with HORNE, a professional services firm, recently appointed Max Burke-Scoll as a director in HORNE’s government services group to lead its Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Energy Rebate portfolio.
The HORNE IRA team supports states and territories across the country in developing and deploying the Home Energy Rebate Programs – totaling nearly $400 million in IRA allocations.
Max brings more than a decade of expertise in energy program management to HORNE, having led energy programs nationwide to maximize and distribute funds for governmental entities and utility companies. Previously, Max led the launch of more than 70 energy efficiency and demand response programs in 20 states and three territories. His portfolio includes residential, multifamily, commercial industrial and low-income/hard-to-reach sectors. He has also launched multi-entity, dual-fuel, and cobranded programs with utility, state and federal funding across the county.

Max earned his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
