Human Resources Consultant, Joe Beall, joins HORNE

Joe Beall joined HORNE’s Construction team as a human resources consultant, effective January 1, 2024.

Joe specializes in executive management and human resources consulting for construction companies. His experience ranges from crisis management, human resources audits and handbook management to employment policies and procedures, employee records and compliance filings, employee benefits and OSHA inspections.

“This role is crucial for our team as we continue to expand and invest in the best ways to serve our clients,” said Wes Winborne, managing partner of Construction. “We’re looking forward to Joe’s guidance, and we believe he’ll be an incredible complement to our team.”

Joe joined HORNE in 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing Management from Mississippi State University.
