HORNE’s Board of Directors announces new Director of People

HORNE’s Board of Directors announced Clay Kittrell as HORNE’s new Director of People, effective February 1, 2024.

As the Director of People, Clay focuses on developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies that align with company growth and inclusivity objectives. He collaborates with senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on HR strategies, effective workforce planning and optimal organizational structure. He is passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for both team members and firm leaders while ensuring HR practices reflect the firm’s goals and values.

“We’re excited to welcome Clay to the HORNE team,” said Neil Forbes, managing partner of HORNE. “His wealth of experience will add a new perspective to our firm and positively contribute to our culture. We’re looking forward to how he’ll connect with our teams and the growth that will come from that.”

Clay joined HORNE in 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Millsaps College and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
