Kennon Breaux is the Chief Financial Officer at HORNE, and she leads the firm’s finance and accounting operations. Her primary focus is to identify, model and implement funding approaches that advance the firm’s mission. She has a deep understanding of the relationship with for-profit entities and the potential governance structures, tax implications and considerations required to effectively manage operational ownership of and affiliation with HORNE’s interest. She is responsible for all financial functions, including budgeting, internal reporting, project accounting, tax and treasury operations.
She joined the firm in 2024 with nearly 20 years of financial management experience including previously serving as a CFO in the legal services industry. She has also served as a Corporate Controller and Director of Finance and Accounting in the construction and manufacturing and retail industries.
Kennon earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
