Lisa Taylor serves as a director of project services at HORNE. She is a member of HORNE’s operations team where she serves the firm and its focus areas as a project manager, collaborator and advisor for strategic project implementations.
Lisa joined HORNE in 2009 and has served in a variety of operations roles, including as an IT project manager, director of the business process solutions team, project lead for the Lean training initiative and implementation of key strategic projects for the firm. Prior to joining the firm Lisa worked for more than 20 years in the legal field with a primary focus on litigation, fraud, and case management systems. She served on the Mississippi State Bar paralegal committee and as an officer on the Mississippi Paralegal Association’s board. Lisa currently serves on the Holmes Community College Paralegal Advisory Board.
Lisa attended Draughons Business College. She maintains certifications as an Advanced Certified Paralegal (Contract Administration), Project Management Professional, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Kaizen Facilitator, Master Project Manager and Project Management Office Certification.
