About

Taylor is a senior manager in government services at HORNE. He works with federal, state and local governments to administer relief funds to those affected by natural disasters and global pandemics. Taylor specializes in building processes and systems that provide rapid, efficient and effective relief to help restore communities. Through his expert resource management, state agency relationships, and knack for logistics and data reporting, Taylor can help communities get back to a sense of normalcy and functionality. Having grown up in Louisiana, he has seen the devastation caused by natural disasters, and those experiences drive him to provide support and long-term success planning to those who need it.

Taylor has been dedicated to serving government services clients since joining HORNE in 2017. He has led and managed FEMA programs for various states, including Texas and Florida, and oversees Texas’ EMAC and in-state mutual aid reimbursement programs. He played a central role in managing large-scale recovery initiatives following some of the most devastating hurricanes in recent history.

Taylor’s leadership in these high-pressure, multi-state recovery operations directly contributed to the swift restoration of housing for displaced communities, helping to stabilize the most affected regions and accelerate recovery efforts. By managing complex projects across various states, he showcases the ability to navigate large-scale disaster recovery efforts, integrate multiple systems and teams, and deliver critical housing solutions during times of crisis.

Taylor graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
