Tamary is a senior manager on HORNE’s Government Services team under Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery and Mitigation Programs for the Puerto Rico Department of Housing. Serving as the Energy Sector lead, she oversees various energy programs from a single-family home scale to the electric power grid, with an approximate investment of almost $3 billion.
Tamary joined HORNE in 2021 with experience in energy projects as a Certified Energy Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry effectively managing multiple concurrent and complex projects, her project experience encompasses a wide range of sectors including state and federal government, healthcare, hospitality, military, commercial, educational, institutional and industrial.
Tamary has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois.
