Steve is a senior manager in government services at HORNE LLP where he assists with the implementation of Texas GLO Temporary Housing Program as a field operations manager and assisting with business development for various Texas GLO HUD CDBG programs.
Steve joined the firm in 2018 after working with an international accounting firm and has more than 20 years of experience in operational planning, program management, case management, environmental services, damage assessments, construction management, contractor draw processing and data management.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Steve is also a registered professional geologist in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.
