Sean Almonte is a director in the government services practice at HORNE. He specializes in providing subject matter expertise on housing policies and compliance, implementation and management for state and local governments. His experience ranges from designing and modifying program policy to leveraging disaster recovery funding to aid in the delivery of recovery and resiliency outcomes. Along with this, he serves communities across the country in community development and affordable housing needs.
He joined the firm in 2021 and has more than 10 years of city planning and community development experience.
Sean graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and from City University of New York – Hunter College with a Master of Science in Urban Planning.
