Lori Cochran is a senior manager in government services at HORNE. She leads Uniform Relocation Act services and compliance for the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery. She advises clients in areas of policy and operations that are consistent with federal guidelines and support their overall recovery mission.
She joined the firm in 2015 with over 10 years of experience managing contracts at the municipal, state and federal level including international work. She also has experience with disaster response, recovery and mitigation programs.
Lori graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Physics and Romance Languages and Literatures. She also earned a Master of Arts in French Literature from Duke University.
