Kaci is a senior human resources information manager at HORNE where she works with information systems and software to provide reports, metrics and solutions. She serves internal clients by collaborating to provide the best solutions for managing and utilizing people data and systems to ensure processes and teams are compliant. Additionally, she designs and develops talent management processes, strategies and tools to ensure team members are growing in their roles.
Kaci joined the firm in 2018 and has over five years of experience in human resource consultation. She is skilled at handling personnel matters, concentrating on recruitment, onboarding, classification, compensation, performance and people data.
Kaci earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University and her Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
