Joseph Rooks is an accounts payable senior manager on HORNE’s Franchise team where he prioritizes and oversees projects, ensuring efficient team load distribution and project execution. He plays a pivotal role in managing the accounts payable process, including verifying and processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments and maintaining relationship with vendors.
Joseph joined HORNE in 2021 and has more than ten years of operations and financial management experience. Prior to joining HORNE, Joseph served as a branch manager where he utilized software tools such as Cloudcord to optimize scheduling to significantly improve the Net Promoter Score. He also managed retention strategies and Branch Control Review Playbooks to ensure thorough preparation for annual audits.
Joseph earned his Associate of Arts in Accounting from Coastal Alabama Community College.
