Clark Hunter is a director in healthcare services at HORNE where he helps public and private clients procure, monitor, and audit their pharmacy benefits manager services. He provides clients with data-driven insights that bring clarity to pharmacy costs and drive greater oversight and control. Additionally, he leads the Health and Human Services team, where he focuses on social services and program management for government agencies to create better health outcomes for their communities.
Clark joined the firm in 2021 with more than 10 years of experience working with health and human service organizations across the country. While providing these services, he held several roles including managing attorney, legal director, project manager and program director. His expertise in running operations at both the corporate and project levels aids in his ability to build quality relationships and pursue the most effective opportunities.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
