Claire Adams is a senior manager of analytic engineering and growth for HORNE REDi Health. She specializes in developing scalable analytic processes, training and growing analytic skillsets in small hospital systems, accountable care organizations (ACOs), physician practices and more. Additionally, she helps clients derive insights from data and inform strategy for improving patient outcomes and lowering the total cost of care. She is passionate about using data to identify healthcare disparities and improving processes at every point of the healthcare delivery cycle.
She joined HORNE in 2021 and has nearly 10 years of healthcare analytic experience servicing large integrated delivery networks, payers, ACOs and physician practices. She has experience in population health and Medicare and Medicaid value-based contracts evaluating their financial performance and risk adjustment methodologies.
Claire graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Health, and she earned a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah.
