Chrissy Leggett serves as a senior manager for healthcare services where she helps clients achieve their mission and thrive financially by anticipating challenges related to industry hard trends, quantifying financial impacts, and providing insight to transform compliance burdens into opportunities. She joined HORNE in 2004 and has more than 15 years of experience.
She leverages her knowledge of financial impact/modeling, strategic planning, due diligence consulting, healthcare business and compensation valuation, and contract compliance to collaborate with clients and teams to create solutions and develop policies, procedures, and processes that drive accuracy and ensure program compliance. Chrissy led the Paycheck Protection Program for HORNE’s healthcare practice group for which clients received funding and loan forgiveness of over $39M. She also works with clients to access funds made available through the CARES Act and American Rescue Plan Act, such as the COVID-19 Mississippi Local Provider Innovation Grant Program.
Chrissy graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Taxation. She is a member of the Belonging at HORNE Steering Committee, as well as a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
