HORNE Board of Directors Announces Intelligence & Automation Director

HORNE’s Board of Directors recently appointed Bob Harland as a director in HORNE’s Intelligence and Automation team.

With expertise in data modeling, visualization, and forecasting, he leads cross-functional teams across the public sector. He collaborates with stakeholders to ensure data-driven alignment with business goals while fostering innovation and streamlining processes.

“Given Bob’s dynamic background with HORNE and his pointed attention to detail and diligence with reporting, his appointment as director will continue to strengthen the firm,” said Rusty Butcher, CEO and Managing Partner of HORNE. “His oversight on numerous nationwide projects continues to elevate HORNE among clients and those we serve.”

Throughout his career at HORNE, Bob has successfully managed large-scale analytics projects for states and local governments nationwide, helping them maximize federal grants while meeting all reporting and compliance regulations. Bob joined HORNE in 2008 and provides leadership and guidance as a subject matter expert in reporting and stakeholder transparency. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
