HORNE recently appointed Scott Stringer as the Director of Strategy and Business Development for HORNE’s Intelligence and Automation team, where he specializes in providing business strategic consulting and supporting technology solutions to clients aligned with both enterprise-wide and targeted strategies.
Scott joined the firm in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial healthcare payer operations, including process engineering, project management, and executive leadership. He has effectively developed integrated processes, technology infrastructures and high-performing teams to achieve strategic results.

Scott also served for 10 years as an Officer in the United States Air Force serving as an E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Air Battle Management Officer on missions throughout the world, including Operation Desert Storm.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in General Science from Mississippi State University and his Master of Arts in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University.
